Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe a sample in rotation by setting a jogging stage within a second rotator, making the jogging stage operable during the rotation or stopping of each rotator, and rotating each rotator at an optional angle speed to control the rotating speed. SOLUTION: This clinostat is provided with a first rotator 1 and a second rotator 2. A microscope 5 is set within the second rotator 2 so that a sample case 11 containing a sample is set near the intersection of two rotating axes of the first and second rotators 1, 2 in order to prevent the centrifugal, force according to the rotation of the first and second rotators 1, 2 from acting thereon. A jogging stage 4 is set within the rotator 2 in order to move the sample into the field of view or focal distance of the microscope 5. The jogging stage 4 is made operable from the outside during the rotation or stopping. A control computer 8 controls the rotating speed. Since the state of the sample in rotation can be observed in the site, the necessity of stopping the rotation once to take out the sample is eliminated, and the experimental precision is improved. |
