Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a double-layered coating film having an organosilicon group- containing coating film excellent in adhesiveness and antifouling properties as the outermost surface and provide a method for antifouling. SOLUTION: In a double-layered coating film consisting of an outermost coating film and a coating film of a lower layer adhering under the said coating film, the double-layered film is specific in that (1) the adhesion work between those coating films is >=52 erg/cm and (2) the film of the outermost surface is a coating film comprising a polymer obtained by polymerizing at least one or more of monomers having a polymerizable unsaturated group and a carboxylic acid-organosilicon ester group (the organic group bound to silicon is an alkyl group or aryl group which may be substituted) as an essential component, and further the outermost coating film contains an antifouling agent to obtain the double layered antifouling coating film. A method for antifouling by forming the double layered antifouling coating film on structures which are brought to contact with or submerge in water, is provided. |
