Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant vibration damping polymer composition using an acrylate polymer wherein the self-tack is retained and a flame-retardant adhesive tape. SOLUTION: An acrylate polymer composition is prepared by mixing, to 100 pts.wt. acrylate polymer, 4 to 100 pts.wt. halogen-containing phosphoric acid ester flame-retardant such as tris(chloroethyl) phosphate or the like and 1 to 50 pts.wt inorganic flame-retardant such as aluminum hydroxide or the like. A flame-retardant adhesive tape is prepared by applying the composition on a base.
