REMOTE MONITORING TERMINAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve utilization efficiency of a communications network together with preventing erroneous operation of a device to be monitored by an erroneous call signal. SOLUTION: In this remote monitoring terminal device 1 provided on the monitored device 6 side for transmitting control information from a monitoring center on a remote place to the monitored device 6 through a communications network, the other communication party is previously registered, the other transmitting party is discriminated based on a call signal from the communications network, by comparing it with the registered communication party, in the case of the comparison result being comformed to each other, the incoming signal is connected to the monitored device 6, and in the case of the comparison result being inconformed, the incoming signal is connect to a receiving device 7. Hereby, erroneous operation of the monitored device 6 due to an erroneous call signal can be prevented, and utilization efficiency of the communications network can be improved.
