Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably travel belt even when load to the belt varies. SOLUTION: In a pneumatic floating belt conveyor, air supplied from an air duct on the lower surface of a trough 12 in a carrier side is jetted upward from the air holes of the trough so that a floating force is applied to a belt 1 moving on the trough. The air duct is divided into a plurality of blocks along the longitudinal direction of the conveyor. Respectively independent air supply pipes 10A, 10B, 10C and 10D are connected to the air ducts 16A, 16B, 16C and 16D of the respective blocks. The respective air supply pipes are provided with flow control valves 19A, 19B, 19C and 19D and flow meters 20A, 20B, 20C and 20D, so that air quantity supplied to the respective air ducts is controlled to a prescribed value. |
