Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly inject an electrolyte into an ideal state by effectively preventing air bubbles from being injected together with the electrolyte. SOLUTION: In a method for filling an electrolyte, a specified amount of electrolyte 3 is supplied to a temporary reservoir for accumulation and then injected in a case 1. The electrolyte 3 in the temporary reservoir is, while a liquid-injection nozzle 7 is connected to a liquid-injection opening 1A of the case 1 where electrodes are inserted, injected from the temporary reservoir in a closed state into the case 1 through the liquid-injection nozzle 7. Further, the upper part of the temporary reservoir in the closed state is provided with an air-bubble separation chamber 6, and the air in the temporary reservoir is exhausted for reduced pressure through an exhausting opening 14 provided on the air bubble separation chamber 6, and under a pressure-reduced state, the air bubbles in the electrolyte 3 accumulated in the temporary reservoir are allowed to go up for separation the air-bubble separation chamber 6. Further, in the temporary reservoir, while the air bubbles are separated from the electrolyte 3, the electrolyte 3 accumulated here is injected into the case 1 through the liquid-injected nozzle 7.
