PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic image pickup device which can be kept sterilized by being sealed in a bag and to provide a fluoroscopic device having a cooling device which maintains a sterilized working environment in proximity to the housing of a sealed flat panel type picture tube by enabling heated air from the housing to be replaced with ambient air at a remote position. SOLUTION: An X-ray detector 36 includes a closed housing attached to a second arm and a flat panel type picture tube held within the housing. A cooling device replaces air heated within the housing with ambient air. A support member 30 includes an open channel, a closed channel, a common wall separating the open channel from the closed channel, and a series of holes penetrating the common wall. The second arm includes an inflow passage and an exhaust passage, which are communicated respectively with the closed passage and the inner cavity of the housing. At least one fan is positioned within at least either one of the exhaust passage and the inflow passage.
