PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent further disturbance of a sound by a standing waves by improving the escape efficiency of sound pressure, to make reproduction of a low frequency sound more advantageous and to improve the acoustic effects of the entire the reproduction sound frequency bands. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a loudspeaker 1 that outputs a sound, and a speaker box 10 that houses the speaker 1 and has a speaker opening 12 from which a front face of the speaker 1 is exposed. The speaker box 10 is formed in a spherical shape, the inside is formed to a spherical face, a through-hole 14 is made to the speaker box 10 to escape a sound pressure produced in the inside, a reflection plate 20 is provided to reflect the sound from the speaker 10 and a communication path 25 in communication with the through-hole 14 is formed between an outer circumference of the reflection plate 20 and the inside of the speaker box 10, while providing the reflection plate 20 parted from the inside of the speaker box 10 and opposite to the through-hole 14.
