MONITORING AND CONTROLLING SYSTEM FOR BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately analyze a fault by storing a control command signal which is transmitted from a load device and a control result signal returned from a terminal equipment by means of correspondence, at every terminal equipment. SOLUTION: When the control command signal transmitted from a load controller is received with a transmission driver 42, a main CPU 40 of a repeater 4 stores the signal in a monitor information table 41b at every terminal equipment to be a destination. When the control result signal returned from the terminal equipment is received via the transmission driver 43, the signal is made to correspond to the control command signal and stored in a control information table 41a. That is, in the main CPU 40, the signals transmitted through a multiplex transmission line L (La and Lb) are classified by a signal selecting part 44 regarding as to either which one of the load controller sides or the terminal equipment the signal is received and stored in a memory 41 for each address which is added to the signals.
