Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a network, when the number of buses is increased, the frequency of bus addition and elimination is increased accordingly and on all such occasions, configuration processing of the entire network system needs to be executed resulting in increase of frequency of data transmission interruption. SOLUTION: A packet flowing in a IEEE 1394 bus is received by a packet receiving part 421 and is stored in a packet buffer 422. A source ID and a destination ID from the buffer 422 are inputted to a comparison operation circuit 428. Also, each value from a SUBNET-ROUTING register 425, a BUS- ROUTING register 426 and a NODE-IDS register 427 is inputted to the circuit 428. The circuit 428 decides whether the packet should be transferred from these signals, activates an output signal when it should be transferred, opens a gate 423 and sends the packet to an inner fabric 401. |
