Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an actuator at low cost, to improve thermal expansion property and enable more effective operation of the actuator. SOLUTION: This device consists upper and lower electromagnets being provided, a first side and a second side where the electromagnets are located to face opposite each other, a first and a second spacer 28 and 30 respectively, the first spacer 28 being so jointed to the first side of the electromagnets as to have the electromagnets arranged between both the spacers and the second spacer 30 jointed to the second side of the electromagnets. Additionally, the spacers 28 and 30 are so arranged and formed relating to the magnets as to define a mutual space between the electromagnets, an armature 46 is so attached as to move in the mutual space between the electromagnets, a housing 54 is jointed to the first and the second spacers 28 and 30, and the housing 54 is so arranged as to attach the actuator to the structure body.
