Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor for superconducting field winding which has a small temperature gradient and can obtain a superior cooling effect, by uniting a primary twisted superconducting conductor and an aluminum stabilizing material into one body with a copper or copper-alloy sheet, with the conductor being at the center and the stabilizing material being near the side cooling surfaces of the conductor, and filling up the inside of the conductor with solder. SOLUTION: A primary twisted superconducting conductor is formed by using superconducting strands 4 each having a threelayer structure composed of many superconducting filaments stabilized with copper and surrounded by a copper-nickel alloy and positioned to the center of a molded superconducting composite conductor. Then an aluminum stabilizing material 3 covered with a copper-nickel alloy 2 is positioned on both sides of the superconducting conductor. The superconducting conductor and material 3 covered with the alloy 2 are integrally formed by surrounding their peripheries with a copper or copper alloy sheet 1. Then the heat resistance of the composite conductor thus formed is minimized by filling up the spaces among the integrated internal components of the composite conductor with solder 5. |
