PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect standardized goods to make the width wide and to enhance the productivity without extremely increasing a coating speed by welding butting parts with ultrasonic waves. SOLUTION: Supporting body webs P1 and P2 laminated with a resin melted by heating in an originally wound shape are set in drawing-out devices 11 and 12 and brought into contact with a heating roller 200 with a specified pressure in the state that the prescribed widths of the carried supporting bodies P1 and P2 are overlapped in the mutual side edge parts and then, the actions of the heating means incorporated in the roller 200 are imparted on the supporting bodies P1 and P2. Then, the side edge parts of the both supporting bodies are cooled by a cooling roller 201 immediately after the heating so that the bonding of the side edge parts is completed. Photographic sensitive material is applied by a coating device 400 and dried to a desired dry state in a drying part 60, thereafter, the resin thin film of the side edge parts of the supporting bodies being in the bonding state through a heating roller 70 is melt and the both supporting bodies are separated to be taken up to take-up devices 81 and 82.
