SOLUTION: The building 1 is constructed in an area, in which a strong wind flows in the east-west direction in the summer, and has a longer plane shape in the east-west direction. The central section 2 of the building 1 is formed in a plane shape along the east-west direction, a section 3 on the east side is formed in a plane shape inclined at a fixed angle to the east side while using the central section 2 as a reference, and a section 4 on the west side is formed in the plane shape tilted at a fixed angle to the south side.
