Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fresh meat from discoloring to keep a fresh red color for a long term by putting fresh meat on the tray, sequentially put a gas- permeable synthetic resin film and a gas-shielding heat-shrinkable film over the tray, filling gas and then heat-shrinking the heat-shrinkable film. SOLUTION: At the time of sealed-stretch-shrink-packaging with filled gas for fresh meat mounted on a tray, discoloration of a surface of the fresh meat put on the tray is prevented. Especially when the fresh meat is put higher than a side wall of the tray, a gas-permeable synthetic resin film is put over the fresh meat put on the tray, it is seal-wrapped with gas filled by a gas-shielding heat-shrinkable film, and then the heat-shrinkable film is heat-shrunk. In this case, in order to prevent adhesion between the synthetic resin film to be put over the fresh meat or the synthetic resin film put over the fresh meat and the heat-shrinkable film for packaging, a stiff polystyrene resin film or the like may be used. |
