Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial vehicle with a cabin, in which a cabin door even having a one piece panel structure can be openably fixed without widthwise bulging out, and further, which can ensure a sufficiently wide entrance opening space. SOLUTION: In a forklift with a cabin in which a rotary cabin door 6 for opening an entrance 3a is provided at a side surface of the cabin, and a counterweight is provided at a position which is in rear of the cabin and which is wider than the transverse width of the cabin while a U-shaped door link 7 is rotably attached to the entrance 3a of the cabin. The cabin door 6 is rotatably attached to a vertical, frame part 7b of the door link 7 through the intermediary of a door hinge 10, and during boarding and alighting, the cabin door 6 is opened and closed at an inside position where the door link 7 is stored, and upon ventilation the cabin door 6 is opened and locked at a position where the door link 7 is displaced outward.
