Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and stably attach a duct for guiding conditioned air, to a member of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: In a vehicle air-conditioning unit in which conditioned air from the air-conditioning unit is led into a roof duct 33 attached to a member of a vehicle body, such as a roof reinforcement 40, and 13 then blown into a cabin of the vehicle, the width of the roof duct 33 is set to be larger than that of the roof reinforcement 40 so that the roof duct 33 spanning over the roof reinforcement 40 widthwise thereof, and a bottom wall, part 53 inside of the cabin, which constitutes the roof duct 33 is recessed inward of the duct so as to form a recessed end part which is made into contact with an upper wall part 55. In this condition the duct is attached to the roof reinforcement 40.
