Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic safety tire for maintaining durability at the time of internal pressure filling, and sharply improved in light weight and run flat travel performance. SOLUTION: In this pneumatic safety tire, a carcass layer composed of a side wall and an organic fiber cord, a belt layer, and a tread part are arranged in order, and are reinforced respectively, and also a reinforced rubber layer 28 having a lunate cross section is equipped in the inner periferal surface of the carcass layer 18 of the side wall 16. The organic fiber cord consists by stranding an organic fiber raw yarn having core sheath structure composed of the sheath part wrapping a core part and around the core part, and the core and sheath parts are composed of polyester and aliphatic polyamide respectively.
