Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the curing time of adhesive, a jig or a device for adhesion and heating facilities unnecessary by a method wherein a self-adhesive is utilized for the adhesion between a printing head part and a nozzle plate. SOLUTION: A base plate 2 and a cover plate 3 are adhered together through an epoxy-based adhesive. As a result, a printing head part 9 is produced and an ink pressurizing chamber is produced due to the covering o the top part of groove parts 5. The self-adhesive 8 is applied by the thickness of 5-15 μm, preferably about 10 μm to a nozzle plate 4. This self-adhesive 8 is made singly of a substance such as a natural rubber, a synthetic rubber of ethylene-butadiene rubber or the like, an acrylate, a silicone or the substance mixed with a tackifier such as a rosin, a terpene or the like and a softener such as an oil or the like and self-adhering properties are revealed only by applying this self-adhesive 8 onto the nozzle plate 4.
