Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for manufacturing inexpensively a honeycomb structure being excellent in a mechanical strength in a high temperature region and in heating moldability for a curved surface. SOLUTION: A corrugated sheet obtained by corrugate-molding a carbon fiber textile base impregnated with a polyamide-imide resin prepolymer and by crosslinking and curing it simultaneously with or after the molding and a flat sheet constituted of the carbon fiber textile base impregnated with the polyamide-imide resin prepolymer are laminated alternately in large numbers and subjected to pressing and heating to crosslink and cure the resin so that a laminate be formed. This laminate is impregnated with the polyamide-imide resin prepolymer and crosslinked and cured.
