SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin is molded into a plurality of sheet-like parisons P, P by a plurality of crossheads 22, 22 and the sheet-like parisons are introduced into the gap between a pair of molds 40, 40 in a parrallel state at a predetermined interval to close the molds and air is blown in the gap between the sheet-like parisons to mold the sheet-like parisons into a mold cavity shape and the peripheral edges of the parisons are mutually fixed.
