PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the water leaked from a piping connection part from entering an outer box without obstructing the easiness of piping connection work. SOLUTION: In an electrolytic water making apparatus wherein water channel parts including an electrolytic cell and an electric box controlling the electrolysis of water in the electrolytic cell are provided in an outer box 10 and the connection ports 12d, 12e, 12f, 12g to the water channel parts are provided to the upper part of the outer box 10, a guide discharge passage P guiding and discharging the water leaked to the peripheries of the connection ports 12d, 12e, 12f, 12g along the outside of the outer box 10 is provided to the outer box 10.
