Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily treat a coated material baked in the absence of air and to re-cover a metal without oxidizing by dry-distillating the waste material of composite product composed of metal and high polymer material to be housed in a housing vessel with the indirect heating in the inert gas atmosphere and decomposing the residual material. SOLUTION: The waste material of the composite product constituted of the metal, such as coated cable, and the high polymer material is housed into the waste material housing vessel 30 provided with a receiving dish, frame body, side plated, etc., and charged into the indirect heating type decomposing furnace 1. Gaseous nitrogen (a), etc., is introduced into this furnace to make into the inert gas atmosphere and the waste material disposed in the furnace 14 is heated with the radiation heat by blowing hot blast to a heating jacket 16 from a hot blast generating furnace 2 to dry-distillate the high polymer material. Heat decomposed gas (c) generated in the dry distillation, is introduced into a heat decomposed oil tank 8 provided with a condenser 9. Gas component separated therein is burnt with an incinerating equipment 13, etc., and the recovered oil (f) is used as fuel of the heat blast generating furnace 2 together with heavy oil, etc. Further, coke, etc., from the residue stayed on the receiving dish by the dry distillation is decomposed and removed to recover the metal.
