Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contact of a traversing rope with a hanger rope with the wear of the hanger rope reducing. SOLUTION: This hanger-driving mechanism 14 is provided with a traversing sheave 18 having a wound traversing rope 12 connected to the traversing trolley of a cable crane; and a hanger-driving sheave 43 having a wound hanger rope 31a, etc., connected to a hanger traversed by following the traverse of the traversing trolley. In this case, the traversing sheave 18 and the hanger-driving sheave 43 are placed in parallel on a separate shaft, respectively at spaced given intervals. Turning force transfer means 46 are provided across the shafts 44, 45 of the respective sheaves 18, 43 so that the turning force of the traversing sheave 18 may be transferred to the hanger-driving sheave 43.
