MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF AIR BAG DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a driver's seat air bag device, which makes the mounting work simply performable in a one-touch manner, and its structure is easy enough and it has sufficient mounting strength, and besides, there is no fear of removing the air bag device by mistake. SOLUTION: A mounting projection 13a projectingly installed on the backside of an air bag device 10 is provided with two opposed inclined side part 13b inclining so as to separate from each other over the tip from the base end. A mounting member 30 to be attached with the mounting projection 13a is formed in a handle body 20. A fitting part 31c of the mounting member 30 is provided with an incline 31g' inclining in the same direction as the inclined side part 13b so as do gradually increase a gap with the inclined side part 13b in a state that the mounting projection 13a is fitted. A movable body 33 being energized upward by an elastic body 34 is interposed between the inclined side part 13b and the incline 31g', whereby such a possibility that the mounting projection 13a might be slipped out is prevented from occurring.
