SOLUTION: This method for cooking roasted curry and rice comprises frying cooked rice 2 in a heated, slightly scorching and heat-resistant pan 1, cooked rice coated with an edible oil not containing a milk product in the heat-resistant pan or cooked rice preliminarily mixed with an edible oil not containing a milk product in the heat-resistant pan, covering the obtained fried rice with a curry roux 3, dropping a whole egg on the curry so that the yolk is placed on the center of the curry roux, further scattering cheese 5 on the egg and subsequently roasting the whole in an oven. |
