| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain substrate material for laying external facing material capable of significantly improving workability by previously fixing lower roofing material on the surface of the substrate material for supporting external facing material laid on a roof and a wall face. SOLUTION: A roofing material 3 being a sheet member provided with water resistance such as waterproof paper and asphalt roofing is previously fixed on the surface of a substrate material body 2 for supporting external facing material laid on a roof and a wall face to be made substrate material for external facing material laying 1. In this case, the roofing material 3 is extended from the two adjacent sides of the substrate material body 2, and all of the joint part of the substrate material body 2 is preferably covered. Thereby labor sticking the roofing material 3 on the substrate material is saved to remarkably improve workability and waterproofness of the substrate material or the like can be contrived. |
