Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To crush lumpy synthetic resins containing foreign matter such as, soil, sand, stone or metal, and granulate the crushings as a raw material to be blown into a metallurgic furnace without installation troubles. SOLUTION: In a granulating process method for lumpy synthetic resins as a raw material to be blown into a metallurgic furnace through granulating the lumpy synthetic resins by a crushing step and a grinding step that follows the former, a crusher comprising a cylindrical rotary drum 16, a rotary blade 17 attached to the rotary drum 16 in such a way that the blade 17 protrudes and a fixed blade 19 attached opposite to the rotary blade 17, crushes the lumpy synthetic resins by a shearing force to be generated by the rotary blade 17 and the fixed blade 19 in at least, the final crushing process 2 of the crushing step. The edge angle of both rotary blade and fixed blade is 90 deg. and the number of rotations of the rotary drum 16 is 100 rpm or less. Next, the crushed synthetic resins are ground into granules after sorting by magnetic force 7 and wind power 8.
