PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly charge the powder without waste by providing a chute crossing means to set the angle of a chute relative to a mold for continuous casting to be at right angles in a turning process of a powder charging chute to prevent unnecessary drops of the powder from the chute. SOLUTION: A bevel gear 15 as a turning force transmission body 14 surrounding a turning shaft 10 is independent from the turning shaft 10 and fixed to a traveling truck 2, a chute turning shaft 20 subjected to the turning force in the direction opposite to the chute turning direction is fixed to a lower part of a chute 4 piercing a chute moving part 6, and a bevel gear 16 is provided on its lowest end part as a turning body 24. A connection shaft 18 is arranged between the bevel gears 15, 16 as a transmission mechanism of the turning force, and bevel gears 17a, 17b are provided on each end part to be engaged with the bevel gears 15, 16.
