Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing a ceramic heater, in which product defects can be reduced to improve the manufacturing yield. SOLUTION: An alumina molded body 10 is pushed into a lower die by an upper die, a green sheet laminate 20 is received by the lower die, and the green sheet laminate 20 is wound around the alumina molded body 10, so that the air between the alumina molded body 10 and the green sheet laminate 20 is easy to be removed to prevent the formation of cavities in the boundary surface. By holding both end parts 26, 27 of the green sheet laminate 20 with lateral dies, both the end parts 26, 27 are applied tightly to the alumina molded body 10, and the adhesion between the alumina molded body 10 and the both end parts 26, 27 becomes satisfactory, so that the peeling of both the end parts 26, 27 from alumina molded body 10 can be prevented. Consequently, production defectives can thus be reduced to improve the manufacturing yield, automation is facilitated, and manufacturing man-days can be reduced.
