Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefinic resin composition having excellent elasticity, flexibility and air permeability and provide a film made therefrom. SOLUTION: This polyolefinic resin composition is prepared by adding [A] 0.01-1 wt.% of a higher fatty acid amide of 8-22 carbon atoms to [B] 40-95 wt.% of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer with a density of 0.880-0.905 g/cm and [C] 60-5 wt.% of a copolymer comprising (a) a vinyl aromatic polymer block, (b) a conjugated diene polymer block bearing >=25 mol.% of 1,2- or 3,4-micro structure, or a random copolymer block of a vinyl aromatic compound and the conjugated diene and (c) a butadiene polymer block bearing =70 mol.% of the double bond-remaining groups is hydrogenated in the block copolymers.
