MANUFACTURE AND DEVICE OF ARMATURE COIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an armature coil and a device which can attain low manufacturing cost of the armature coil with high precision, and high production efficiency. SOLUTION: This manufacturing device for manufacturing a lower layer coil conductor is provided with a plurality of dies for conducting respective prescribed forming in a plurality of forming processes, and a pallet 13 for retaining a coil material 11 at the time of the forming. The pallet 13, being positioned at the die, is used as a part of the die at the time of processing. A work receiver 23 is assembled at the pallet 13, and the work receiver 23 is formed with a recessed part 25 for receiving the coil material 11 in the overall breadth direction of the pallet 13. Corner parts 25a formed at both the sides of the bottom surface of the recessed part 25 are provided with an R having a larger radius of curvature than that of the corner part of the slot bottom part of an armature iron core. A corner part formed by the bottom surface of the recessed part 25 and the side surface of the work receiver 23 is provided with a rounding having a smaller radius of curvature than that of the corner part of an inner disc-shaped insulator.
