Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the useless power consumption of a secondary battery which is caused by driving a display device displaying a full-charge state in a portable apparatus whose power supply is the secondary battery. SOLUTION: A primary coil 41, a secondary coil 43 and a rectifier circuit 44 which is supplied with a power, a charging circuit 46 through which a secondary battery 45 is charged by a power obtained by the rectifier circuit 44 and a control unit which detects the power supply state by the rectifier circuit and the full-charge state of the secondary battery 45 and, if the full-charge state of the secondary battery 45 is detected, when a power is supplied by the rectifier circuit 44, drives an LED 47 by turning on/off a transistor Tr2 with the supplied power and, when the power is not supplied, drives the LED 47 by turning on/off the transistor Tr2 with the power from the secondary battery 45 for the display are provided.
