Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-irradiating system with an optical fiber device which is inexpensive in manufacture and has improved illumination characteristics and can sufficiently see the marks of traffics, information and advertisement even under inferior lighting conductions. SOLUTION: An illuminated mark or notice board is provided with one or plurality of mutually arranged plastic panels, and is worked as a display device 2 a of an optical fiber device 1. Light propagates in parallel from the optical fiber device 1 to a display face. A transparent information or signal generating substance is provided on the panel. the optical fiber device is assembled of a plurality of standardized components in module styles 3, 4 for a standard optical fiber system to comply with a display system request. The optical fiber device is provided with many arm-type light guides and an optical piglet body 7 acting as an optical propagating angle adjusting optical statement corresponding to the above light guides to uniform optical intensity extending over the whole angle range.
