Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of noxious matter by combusting city garbage and porous particles in a mixed condition, and also, absorbing and decomposing the uncombusted organic compounds produced during combustion being porous particles. SOLUTION: City garbage T in a chip form is cast in a garbage casting hopper 2, and also it is supplied to a rotary furnace 3. When combusting the city garbage T supplied to the rotary furnace 3 thereby separating it into exhaust gas G and leftovers, the rotary furnace is supplied with porous particles which are adjusted so that the volume ratio (porous particles/city garbage) may be 0.1-0.5 from a porous particle supply means 1 provided on the side 3a of the garbage introduction port of the rotary furnace 3. Then, the city garbage T is combusted at about 800 deg.C together with the porous particles to absorb and decompose the uncombusted organic compounds produced in the combustion. Hereby, the occurrence of noxious matter in exhaust gas can be reduced.
