Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-fusion joint to prevent the occurrence of leakage of liquid even when during fusion joining, a heating wire is moved to the inner peripheral side and cut through a coupling part between outer and inner cylinders. SOLUTION: A coupling part 14 between the two cylinders of an electro- fusion joint having outer and inner cylinders 12 and 13 is formed in a state that an engaging ring 14b on the external side protruded from the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 12 and an engaging ring 14a on the internal part side protruded from the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 13 are brought into a state that protrusion and recess are engaged with each other. The height of an inner side engaging ring 14a is reduced to a value low enough to make no contact with each other even when, during fusion coupling operation, a heating wire is moved to the inner peripheral side.
