Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform dehumidification, humidification, and ventilation by one rotary-type moisture-adjusting element and to miniaturize moisture-adjusting equipment by providing the rotary-type moisture-adjusting element and a channel-switching means, and by providing a heating means at the moisture- adjusting element upstream side of one of first and second breathing paths being provided so that they can be connected to the moisture-adjusting element. SOLUTION: On dehumidification operation, first and second blast fans 8 and 9 are operated while first - fourth dampers 13-16 are switched for energizing a heating means 12 and a rotary-type moisture-adjusting element 5 is rotated. At this time, water in indoor air sucked from a first intake vent 1 is eliminated by the rotary-type moisture-adjusting element 5 in a first breathing path 6, and the indoor air is returned from a first exhaust vent 3 into a room. The rotary-type moisture-adjusting element 5 where the water in indoor air is adsorbed by rotary movement reaches a second breathing path 7 where outdoor air that is taken from a second intake vent 2 and is heated by a heating means 12 flows, and the water being adsorbed by the rotary-type moisture-adjusting element 5 is transferred to the outdoor air for discharging from a second exhaust vent 4 to the outside of a room.
