Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacturing facilities on the job site by making an admixture by mixing fine powder of lime stone together with silica fume at an adequate mix proportion, storing it in a stock silo on the job site and then placing it in a mixer. SOLUTION: Fine powder of lime stone 20 and silica fume 22 are mixed together uniformly with an adequate mix proportion in advance and an admixture 25 is produced. Then, it is stored in a stock silo in a plant on the job site. Next, the admixture is placed in a mixer together with cement 30, aggregate 32 and water 33. Then, fine powder of lime stone 20 and silica fume 22 mixed on advance are automatically poured, automatically weighed and stirred together with other materials such as cement 30, aggregate 32, high performance water reducing admixture etc. Because of this, labor required for the manual work in the plant on the site can be considerably saved. By doing this, the prevention of freezing due to air temperature difference, heating measures and concentration control due to evaporation can be all omitted and scattering during concrete production can be reduced.
