INCINERATOR AND COMBUSTION METHOD FOR INCINERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress local generation of clinker at a restriction part of a secondary combustion chamber against the fluctuation of combustion accompanied by fluctuation of charge amount and calorific value of refuse. SOLUTION: This incinerator comprises a primary combustion chamber 2 for burning combustibles located at a lower part and a secondary combustion chamber 4 for burning unburned gas produced in the primary combustion chamber 2 at an upper part. A restriction part position regulating member 8 constituting a restriction part 7a of an exhaust gas passage between a wall of the secondary combustion chamber 4 and itself and capable of being freely moved in vertical directions is provided in a top part within the secondary combustion chamber, and the restriction part of the exhaust gas passage is vertically moved according to the decrease and increase of exhaust gas flow.
