Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of use of tung oil while keeping a punching property, also reduce the cost thereof and use inexpensive tetrabromobisphenol-A just as it is. SOLUTION: A prepreg formed of a base paper impregnated with resin, heated and dried and a copper foil are laminated, heated and pressurized to manufacture a paper phenol copper-clad laminate. In that case, flexible phenol resin prepared by adding phenols into a reaction product composed of tung oil and phenols into a mixture of at least one of epoxy vegetable oil and epoxy butadiene with another reaction product composed of brominated bisphenols and bisphenols or bivalent bisphenols or by not adding bisphenols therein but reacting with formaldehyde under the presence of a basic catalyst is used. |
