RAW LUMBER CLEANER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove structural and economical inconvenience in the heavy equipment of a conventional device by adopting an axial center driving process for a low-quality raw lumber in which the axial center of the raw lumber is supported by the axial center of a raw lumber chucking mechanism to turn it and also improving the traverse motion device of a rotary cutter block for peeling the cortex of the lumber into a seesaw type balance structure traveling on a simple monorail. SOLUTION: The raw lumber cleaner device consists of a live roller 2 transferring a raw lumber 1a, a raw lumber centering mechanism for matching the axial center of the lumber 1a with the axial centers of raw lumber chucking mechanisms 3a, 3b and a raw lumber cleaning mechanism 9 which peels the bark of a raw lumber 1b supported by the chucking mechanism 3a, 3b and is placed in a seesaw type on a monorail 14.
