A pipe cutter 1 has a storage part 3 receiving a cutting tool 14 so as to position a blade in an orthogonal condition relating to a center axis of the pipe set up on the support roller in the base device 2 and the storage part 3 is positioned in a lower side of a support surface of the pipe in the support base 12, with the blade 14a movable upward of the support surface to be mounted in the base device when the pipe is cut.
