MULTI BAR STRAIGHTENING/CUTTING SYSTEM IN STEEL BAR ROLLING LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cut face from deforming and a variation in the product length of final cutting from occuring. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a multi bar straightening device 1 which multi-straightens steel bars, an inlet side guide pinch roller 5 which is installed at its down stream side and pinches the straightened steel bars to guide them toward the downstream side and a fixed cutting edge and a movable cutting edge which are installed at the downstream side and have plural hole shapes conforming them to a cross sectional shape of the steel bar. Further, the system is provided with a multi bar flying cutting device 7 which flying-cuts the steel bar by moving the movable cutting edge in the direction oblique to the steel bar, an outlet side guide pinch roller 11 which is arranged at its down-stream side and pinches the steel bar and a rear face tilting table 13 which tilts the steel bar in the cutting edge moving direction in synchronizing with the movement of the cutting edges of the multi bar flying cutting device 7.
