PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert/detain a treating catheter for the reexpansion in the stenosis part when restenosis is caused in a place where a stent is detained in an organism lumen. SOLUTION: A guide wire 1 has a wire main body 11 and a passage forming body 21 which is arranged near the tip part of the wire main body 11 and covers at least a part of the lumen inner wall when inserted into a lumen. The passage forming body 21 is a thin film-like body having the near part 22, the distant part 23 and the intermediate part 24, and the surface is desirably coated with a lubricating substance. Therefore, an expansive catheter for the reexpansion can be easily introduced by forming the smooth lumen inside surface by covering a recess-projection of the lesion part causing restenosis after detaining a stent.
