Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a nucleic acid in high sensitivity in excellent operability, by reacting the free functional group B of a magnetic particle of a specific polyfunctional group wish a nucleic acid. SOLUTION: A magnetic particle containing a functional group A such as amino group, carboxyl group or the like is bound with a polyfunctional polymer containing >=3 functional groups to be reacted with the functional group A, such as a polyacidic amino acid, a polybasic amino acid or the like by the reaction between the functional groups A and B to prepare a polyfunctional magnesium particle and then its free functional group B is reacted with a nucleic acid to immobilize the nucleic acid. Preferably a nucleic acid is determined by taking advantage of the method for immobilizing a nucleic acid. |
