SOLUTION: 2(4-Chlorophenyl)-5,6-dihydro-[1]benzothiepino[5,4-c]pyridazin-3(2 H)-one 7-oxide, its optical isomer or 2-(4-chlorophenyl)-5,6- dihydro-[1]benzothiepino[5,4-c]pyridazin-3(2H)-one 7,7-dioxide is useful for the pyrophylaxis or therapy of sensitive bowel syndrome.
