SOLUTION: A closed-cell resin foam 2 having shape recovery properties at the normal temp. is covered with a moistureproof layer 3 and recovered in a thickness direction A. The closed-cell resin foam 2 has surfaces 21, 22 not recovered in shape and a surface 2a having shape recovery properties and the moistureproof layer 3 is laminated to the surfaces 21, 22 not recovered in shape. The surface 2a having shape recovery properties is covered with the moistureproof layer 3a having a surplus having a length almost same to the length obtained by subtracting the length in the thickness direction A before shape recovery from the length after shape recovery.
