Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that the slurry is made to flow hardly, by storing the slurry inside the slurry feeding passage of the blender tub of a slurry exchange device or a slurry managing system, and precipitating the abrasive grain parts. SOLUTION: Plural wire saws 11 have a feeding tub 16 to store a slurry for feeding to a slurry tank 12. To the feeding tub 16, a slurry feeding passage 20 in order to feed the slurry to the slurry tanks 12 is provided. To the wire saws 11, a recovery tube 24 to store the slurry removed from the slurry tanks 12 is recovered and stored is provided. To the recovery tank 24, a recovery passage 28 in order to recover the slurry from the slurry tanks 12 to the recovery tub 24 is provided. And the slurry is circulated between the recovery tub 24 and the recovery passage 18, and between the feeding tub 16 and the feeding passage 20, respectively.
