PHASE-REGULATING DEVICE OF MAIN DRIVE OF PRESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase-regulating device of a main drive of a press which is easy in the phase-regulating work of right and left points of a slide, and capable of obtaining higher accuracy. SOLUTION: A drive shaft 3 is split into right and left components, and the spline 3A, 3B same in module and different in tooth number by one tooth are provided on shaft end parts of the right and left drive shafts 3. One tooth S of an internal tooth spline 13A and one tooth S' of an internal tooth spline 13B to fit the spline 3A, 3B, are provided at the position of the same center angle, i.e., on one line in the axial direction, and the first tooth 1 of the spline 3A and the first tooth 1' of the spline 3B are engaged with the tooth S of the internal tooth spline 13A and the tooth S' of the internal tooth spline 13B respectively to change the engagement. The phase-regulating accuracy of the minimum angle can be obtained thereby, and the required phase regulation can be obtained by subsequently changing the engagement of 2, 2', 3, 3',...
