SOLUTION: A sanitary washing device 10 is attached to a toilet seat body 5 to wash the private parts by washing water elected from a nozzle device 12. An indoor heating device 53 is built-in to heat a toilet room by blowing out hot air into the toilet room. A remote controller 200 put on the toilet wall face is provided with a pulse signal transmitter outputting signals to wash the hips by the sanitary washing device 10. The washing device 10 receives the signal and controls the nozzle device 12 or the like to wash the hips. And also the remote controller 200 is provided with a thermister 232 detecting the air temperature of the toilet room to determine the on-off timing of the indoor heating device 53 in accordance with the detected result and transmit the determined signal to the sanitary washing device 10.
